These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Chef Sous ("the App"), owned and operated by Kaylene Sylvia Ptd Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Access

Chef Sous is available to users of all ages. No account registration or login is required. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.

2. Content and Storage

• User Content: Recipes, images, and other content you create or add within Chef Sous ("User Content") are stored locally on your device and, if you choose, in your personal iCloud storage. We do not access, view, or transfer your User Content to our servers.
• Privacy: We do not collect any personally identifiable information from you through the App.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• You may use Chef Sous for free to store up to five (5) recipes.
• Unlimited recipe storage and additional features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment processing are provided within the App.
• All purchases are final and subject to the payment terms of the platform, such as the Apple App Store.

4. Third-Party Services

• Analytics: Chef Sous uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, which helps us improve the App. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared.
• iCloud: Optional iCloud integration allows you to store your User Content in your Apple iCloud account. This is governed by Apple's terms and policies.

5. Intellectual Property

• App Content: All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to the design, logo, images, icons, and other materials, are owned by Kaylene Sylvia Ptd Ltd or its licensors.
• User Content: You retain ownership of the recipes, photos, and content you add. Your content is private and not accessible to us or to other users of the App.

6. Restrictions

• No public sharing: Chef Sous does not allow public sharing, social posting, or public commenting. Your content remains private.
• No moderation: Since content is stored only on your device and iCloud, we do not review or moderate User Content.

7. Disclaimers

• No Professional Advice: The App provides recipes and cooking inspiration for informational purposes only. We do not offer professional culinary, health, or nutritional advice. Always use your own judgment and verify information independently.
• Food Safety: Kaylene Sylvia Ptd Ltd is not responsible for the safety, accuracy, or reliability of any recipe or information in the App. Always take necessary precautions to prevent foodborne illness or allergic reactions.
• No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the greatest extent permitted by law, Kaylene Sylvia Ptd Ltd and its affiliates are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of Chef Sous, including but not limited to data loss, recipe errors, or personal injury.

9. Changes to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify Chef Sous or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
